At Laura Gates Photography, every product is produced with care and attention to quality. Because many of our items are custom-made, please review the following policy before placing your order.
Custom and Personalised Products
All prints, albums, and other personalised items are made to order and therefore non-refundable once production has begun.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is faulty, damaged, or an error has occurred on the part of Laura Gates Photography.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact Laura for assistance.
Returns Process
To request a return or report an issue, please email info@lauragatesphotography.co.uk with your order number, a brief description, and supporting photos if applicable.
Please do not return any items without prior confirmation.
