At Laura Gates Photography, every product is produced with care and attention to quality. Because many of our items are custom-made, please review the following policy before placing your order.

Custom and Personalised Products

  • All prints, albums, and other personalised items are made to order and therefore non-refundable once production has begun.

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is faulty, damaged, or an error has occurred on the part of Laura Gates Photography.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Digital Downloads

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

  • If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact Laura for assistance.

Returns Process

  • To request a return or report an issue, please email info@lauragatesphotography.co.uk with your order number, a brief description, and supporting photos if applicable.

  • Please do not return any items without prior confirmation.
